What do you do at LoveAdmin?
I am a Senior Support Specialist, which means I handle any queries our live customers might have about the LoveAdmin software and I am generally on hand to provide customer / technical support.
What do you love about working at LoveAdmin?
The people! The team are great, so that plays a big part for me.
I also enjoy how varied the role can be and investigating any tricky queries a club / organisation might have. It’s nice that we can be collaborative and chat with other departments and get to know a bit about what their role at LoveAdmin involves.
(Also, the drinks fridge).
If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?
A bit of everything but Customer Support, Team Advisor, and Occasional Problem Solver.
Tell us something interesting about you
Always a tricky question but since interest is subjective, I have a phobia of dry towels.
What do you like doing in your spare time?
I love going to music events, cooking and trying out new places to eat and drink, travel. A bit of everything and sometimes nothing!
When you’re in control of the LoveAdmin playlist, what music would you play?
I’ve been working here for over a year and I’ve never controlled the playlist because my music taste is a bit all over the place haha! I will always appreciate the Ska and R&B classics I grew up with but I love Garage, Soul and Afrobeats.
