Background
The Playing Space, known previously as Greenacre Drama Classes has evolved several times since they originally opened in 2002. They pride themselves on teaching a variety of disciplines of speech and drama to children in North London. As well as running occasional courses for budding adult actors.
Their aim is to help give students the confidence and skills to express themselves and create a fun and safe environment for them to practise in.
We spoke to the founder of The Playing Space, Gabrielle Maddocks to discover what admin issues were frustrating her before she made the switch to LoveAdmin and what’s possible after 2 years of working with us.

The challenge
Between 2002 and 2019, The Playing Space had gone through lots of changes due to some exciting growth. Including expanding into birthdays parties and school drama clubs, taking on 6 new teachers, and starting to publish teacher resource books. Most frustratingly for Gabrielle, with growth comes increased admin and without a way to organise payments, things can get very messy.
