With over 9 years in operational management and business leadership, James can help you to think differently and find new solutions to the challenges you’re facing.
James has worked in a variety of high-pressure leadership roles in frontline operations at Amazon Logistics and Aldi. As General Manager at David Lloyd Health Club, he was responsible for over 70 team members and oversaw £1.2m of capital investment projects. Here, James successfully grew the club’s membership by 25% and profit by 100% within 2 years.
