Terms and Conditions for the LoveAdmin Referral Programme
This is our terms and conditions page for the LoveAdmin Referral Programme. Please read what we’ve written as it sets out what you can expect from us when you make a referral.
These terms and conditions do change from time to time and we suggest that you visit this page each time you submit a referral. This version of the terms and conditions was produced in June 2021.
By referring an organisation for the LoveAdmin referral programme, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 To be eligible for the LoveAdmin Referral Programme, you (the Referrer) must recommend the LoveAdmin system to an organisation (the Referral) that is not already an existing customer of LoveAdmin, or currently in discussion with LoveAdmin.
1.2 The Referral must process over £20,000 in fees in the 12 months proceeding going live with LoveAdmin in order for the Referrer to qualify for the £250 reward. Organisations that join LoveAdmin via a Referrer with annual fees under £20,000 will not see the Referrer given the cash reward.
1.2 The referrer must be a LoveAdmin client.
1.4 If the same organisation has been referred to LoveAdmin more than once, only the first referral will be considered.
1.5 All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the LoveAdmin Referral Programme will be solely resolved by LoveAdmin.
2. HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS AND REWARDS
2.1 The Referrer must either complete the LoveAdmin Referral Programme form or email referrals@loveadmin.com with the Referral’s details. The data collected will be used to contact the Referral.
2.2 LoveAdmin will contact the Referral and if they sign up and pay a refundable deposit, the Referrer will receive a £250 cash reward paid to the Referrer’s bank account on receipt of an email request for the referral fee.
2.3 After LoveAdmin pays the referral fee, the Referrer must email acknowledgement of payment.
2.4 The LoveAdmin Referral Programme will run from 18 June 2021 to 30 September 2021.
3. TERMINATION
LoveAdmin reserves the right to cancel or change the LoveAdmin Referral Programme at any time for any reason.
