What do you do at LoveAdmin?
I lead our onboarding team, always finding ways to refine our processes to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for all our customers. Additionally, I oversee the onboarding of key clients onto LoveAdmin, ensuring a seamless and positive transition.
What do you love about working at LoveAdmin?
The people I work with and my team! At LoveAdmin, we thrive on collaboration, valuing everyone’s input and ideas. I work closely with departments like product development and marketing to ensure our customers’ feedback and feature requests are heard and addressed.
I also take great pride in successfully onboarding new clubs onto LoveAdmin, giving them more time to focus on their passions, such as gymnastics, football, swimming and dance. I really enjoy building strong connections with the admins and committee members we work with and onboard.
If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?
Honestly, I am a bit of a mixture – so maybe an ‘Onboarding, Sales, Support & Social Secretary Person’.
Tell us something interesting about you
Not sure if it’s quite interesting . . . However, I do have Mottephobia, which is the fear of moths – they literally bring me to tears!
What do you like doing in your spare time?
Being sociable! I really value time with friends and family – (…I am also the social secretary for LoveAdmin, planning our Christmas and Summer socials for everyone to get together and enjoy)!
When you’re in control of the LoveAdmin playlist, what music would you play?
I would probably play some sort of house or R&B music which definitely raises a few eyebrows in the office . . .

I once met Lewis Capaldi at a random bar in Ibiza and sat and had a chat with him – (also my claim to fame).
