What do you do at LoveAdmin?

I’m the Customer Support Manager; which means I try to help our on-boarding and support teams to give our customers the best experience possible.

What do you love about working at LoveAdmin?

Life at LoveAdmin is always exciting – whether it’s the new features we’re implementing, or seeing the positive responses the team gets from helping our customers, there’s always something creative and collaborative going on.

If you could write your own job title that best describes what you do here, what would it be?

Goodness – that puts me under pressure!

I would say ‘Solution Orientated General Do-er & Vast Quantities of Tea Consumer’.

Interesting? I’m not sure it’s interesting, but my favourite word is hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia.

It’s the fear of long words.

What do you like doing in your spare time?

I can’t go more than a few days without playing guitar – I’m known to find a quiet place outside at lunch breaks to play a few songs. I’m also a keen chilli grower, so I spend a lot of time rinsing my eyes after I’ve accidentally touched them when cutting the fruit. Will I never learn?

When you’re in control of the LoveAdmin playlist, what music would you play?

They don’t let me in charge of the playlist – they’ll be too much dancing to get any work done!

I was once pulled over by some very assertive and cautious police officers when I was on a motorbike because they had a report of someone riding around with a gun… I had a guitar on my back.
