We’re excited to reveal our new and improved contact records! After gathering invaluable feedback from our customers, we’ve upgraded how you view and manage contacts – saving you time and effort!
Our latest update introduces a clear summary dashboard for each contact, making it easier to access the info you need and allowing you to perform actions directly from the record! With a responsive design optimised for all devices, you can manage your contacts seamlessly, whether you’re on a tablet pitch-side or at your desk.

In this blog, we’ll walk you through the new design and share insights from our designer, James, about why we made these changes.
Take action directly from the record
No more jumping between screens to get tasks done. With this upgrade, you can take action directly from within the record – sending a payment request, messaging a reminder, or enrolling someone in a new class or group is just a click away.

James, our designer, explains: “Our goal was to save users time and effort by enabling them to perform actions wherever you find a contact in the system. You can now take any desired action without having to navigate away from the page, keeping within your current workflow..”
User-friendly dashboard
At the core of this update is a new summary dashboard for each record, designed to give you instant access to the most important information you need. Based on customer feedback, key details like personal info, account balances, and active classes and memberships are now conveniently displayed in one place – so no more digging around to find what you need!
On the left side, you’ll find essential personal details, including the account owner, active payment methods, and medical information. Clear icons, like a blue tick for active payment methods or a warning symbol for medical notes, make it easy to spot what’s important.
On the right side, you’ll find quick access to coach notes, consents, and registration answers, plus you can also manage their roles and permissions.

Why this change? James shares: “We wanted to make sure the most important personal details were immediately visible. We used key icons to make it easier for customers to identify the payment status’ and if the contact has medical info – so customers can see straightaway if things are good or need actioning. We also made different sections collapsible to help keep the interface clean and ensure users can focus on what’s most important.”
Stay on top of finances
In the dashboard, we’ve added notifications front and centre. These flag missing medical access permissions or if there’s a payment method issue – keeping you informed in an instant.

We’ve also introduced a detailed financial breakdown, showing the total balances all linked contacts, including the outstanding, pending and credit amounts. Below you can see the amount invoiced for that month (or adjust the timeframe to suit your needs) and the total paid – helping you quickly identify and deal with payment issues or tasks in real time.
Need more details? Simply click on an amount to access the full invoice breakdown and payment history.

Why this change? James explains: “We heard from customers that financial visibility was key. Therefore, surfacing a contact’s account balances was crucial to showing a contact’s payment health and status. We wanted to reduce the need for customers to navigate to multiple areas of the system for something they should be able to see straight away.”
Classes, memberships, and events all in one view
One of the new standout features is the ‘Active Products’ section on the dashboard. It consolidates all the ongoing or planned classes and events that the contact is or will be attending; plus, any memberships the contact has active.
Previously, finding this information was longwinded and often meant navigating through multiple sections of the platform. Now, everything is conveniently in one place, so you no longer need to dig around!

“We carefully considered how to prioritise information” James adds “Essential details, like the active classes, events and memberships the contact is associated with are crucial for efficient contact management, so we made sure they’re now front and centre.”
All other contact information is where you’d expect it to be. For detailed financial data like invoice history and renewals, head to the ‘Finance’ tab. Communication, attendance history, and development programme details are still housed under their respective tabs at the top.
Simpler contact management for you and your team
From clearer layouts to better financial and membership tracking, every change was inspired by your feedback. This update doesn’t just look better – it works better, making contact management simpler and more effective for you and your team.
